Our mediation fee includes:

discussion of the mediation process and arrangements for the mediation
Agreeing on dates, location (we can perform most mediations via Teams or Zoom and face to face).
Pre-mediation intake meetings with each party to discuss the issues and what is expected during mediation.
Conducting the mediation.
Documentation of the agreement.
Our approach is that the fee agreed upon is final and will not be increased unless you want to change an agreement that has already been reached at mediation and/or seek further meeting time.
