Taka Marindo is accredited as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) by the Australia's Attorney-General’s Department, and nationally Accredited Mediator by the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS).
Family Dispute Resolution
His areas of expertise include mediating parenting and children's matters, divorce and separation, property and financial settlement, high conflict mediation, drafting parenting plans and completing 60i certificate if required to file for parenting orders.
Commercial, Workplace & Technology Disputes
Taka also mediates for a variety of commercial and technology disputes having spent over 20 years working in commercial companies including banks and not for profit organizations covering cyber security, risk management, project management, contract/vendor management and executive leadership roles.
